A mixed-use building with restaurant and patisserie on the ground floor and offices above. Located on Samsun's most rapidly developing avenue, surrounded by business centres and the industrial district. The design approach is less is more: a legible mass, plain materials and clean modern lines.
Facade studies explored on the same mass. Material palette, solid-void ratio and shading elements are reconsidered in each option.
